Due to an error in the bill processing, the February Line of Credit Bill that you received in the beginning of March shows the wrong amount due.
The bills were generated before the February “billing program” was run – so if you used your Line of Credit in February, those amounts weren’t counted in the calculation of amount due. Your billing invoice might show a lower amount due than expected, as a result.
Web Teller and Phone Teller show the actual amount owed – so if you’re paying online or by phone, you can pay the amount showing as owed there. If you pay in the office, a teller can let you know the correct amount of your payment.
We are very sorry for the confusion this may have caused. Because of this error, we will be waiving late payment fees on the Lines of Credit, for anyone who may have paid the incorrect amount because of the billing error.
