Effective July 15th, our weekday phone hours will be from 10 am – 5 pm. Our branch hours will stay the same.
We are making this change so that our Member Service staff can focus on in-person service during that hour, one of our busiest lobby times.
We’ll also be improving our Phone Teller – which is a 24/7 automated service that you can use for balances, transfers, and account history – to make it more easy to use, so you can take care of your credit union business at any time of day. You can call Phone Teller at 671-CASH (2274).
If you have any questions about using Phone Teller or our Web Teller online banking, please call us at 471-1116 and press 0 to speak with an Operator. We're happy to walk you through the set-up, and answer any questions.
On Web Teller, you can not only check your balances, history, and make transfers -- you can also
- set up account alerts to your email or phone,
- schedule future or repeating transfers, and
- download account info to personal finance software such as Microsoft Money or Quicken, or to build spreadsheets or databases of your transactions.
