Position Summary:
Supervise teller operations at four community branches by assigning work, answering questions, solving problems, helping with complex transactions and sensitive member relations problems. Effectively model exceptional member service by passionately leading, motivating and participating in branch activities. Ensure that staff is trained and cross-trained to ensure consistent delivery of quality service to members and ensure accuracy in transactions. Participate in strategic planning as a Management Team member; lead Member Service activities and initiatives to reach strategic goals and growth plan.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred with three-five years of progressive leadership experience within the financial industry. Must have solid leadership, managerial, and project management skills. Experience managing multiple locations preferred. Excellent listening and communication skills. Must also exhibit sound, independent judgment, strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record for multi-tasking and performing duties in a fast paced environment. General knowledge of Windows operating systems. 

This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week) with an annual salary starting at $56,750 - $60,300.

Position Summary:
Plan, organize, and implement lending activities pertaining to origination, underwriting, and closing of loans. Conduct loan interviews and counsel loan applicants. Prepare complete application files, obtain credit reports, and disburse funds on approved applications. Lien perfection, collateral insurance, Loan Committee reports and meetings. Assist with collections and delinquency counseling as needed. Actively participate in consumer education/outreach activities including workshops, community events, and other sponsored initiatives.

Qualifications:
Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with a variety of diverse members, staff, and officials; to embrace the mission of serving the underserved. Thorough working knowledge of the lending process from application to closing. Ability to plan and organize workload; strong attention to detail is required. Ability to be creative and take risks.

This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week) starting at $41,500 - $51,500 per year ($19.50 - $24.75 per hour).

Position Summary:
Greet members, perform teller transactions over-the-counter and by phone, answer member account and financial questions and inform members about credit union services, financial education and asset-building opportunities.

Qualifications:
At least one year of cash handling experience and customer service experience required. Should be enthusiastic about our mission of serving the underserved and working for community development. Must be able to work some Saturdays (9:30 am to 2:00 pm) and until 6:30 pm on weekdays. Bilingual is a plus (fluent in Spanish or other).

This is a full-time position (approximately 38 hrs/week) starting at $17.50 Hourly.

Staff Positions:
Rate of pay depends on experience. Our competitive benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, group life insurance; option to join 401k retirement savings plan at 6 month anniversary; sick and vacation days plus all federal holidays off with pay.
