Online Loan Payments

Option 1: Pay from your Coop Fed Account

Quick and simple! Use the “Transfers” feature in Web Teller or the Coop Fed Mobile App.

Payments made to VISA Credit Cards take 1-2 business days to be processed. For instant payments as well as detailed transaction history, use the EZ Card Portal. All other payments are processed immediately.

Option 2: Pay from an outside account

Make payments online or by text message, using any outside bank account or debit card. Fast, secure, and FREE.

Important: You can only see loans for which a payment is currently due. 

If you were a CoopFed member prior to 3/4/2024 and are using this payment option for the first time since 3/4/2024, you must use your new 10 digit Member Number to find your account. Once inside, you will need to set up your "Payment Methods" again. You will only need to do this once.

  • Your 10-digit Member Number
    • Effective 3/4/2024, all Cooperative Federal members have NEW Member Numbers. Your 10-digit number starts with a “1” and ends with your old member number (1 to 5 digits), with zeros in between. For example, if your old member number was 54321, your new member number is 1000054321.
Getting Started: Text Message Payments and Remindersents

How it Works:

  • You will receive a text message informing you of the amount due on your loan. You can review your payment options, or you can opt out of text reminders by texting “STOP.”

    • If you have not received text message payment notifications, or you previously opted out and want to rejoin this service, please send us an email including your full name and mobile phone number.

  • Click the link in the text message (or click the button above) to enter the online payment portal, where you will be asked to verify your account with your account number and date of birth.
  • First time users will need to complete setup:
    • Create a 4 digit PIN - Store this information securely, so you can use it to verify future payments.
    • Preferred payment method - Select "Add New Debit Card" or "Add New Bank Account" to enter a secure website where you can input your information. 
    • When your setup is complete, your screen will say "Payment Method Success" and you will be redirected to the payment portal. 
  • Inside the payment portal, you will see all of your loans and will also be able to select your preferred payment method.
  • Now you can make fast, FREE payments online and by text message. The next time your payment is due, you will get a reminder text message allowing you to pay your loan by text message.
    • Encrypted information guarantees your information is secure
    • Free to use, with no transaction fees
    • Payments are posted to your account in approximately 1 business day
