VISA Debit Cards

With a Coop Fed Debit Card, you can access the money in your checking account anywhere VISA is accepted - online, at ATMs and in stores. Every transaction made on your Cooperative Federal VISA Debit Card generates community rewards through Common Cents!

If you currently have a checking account with Cooperative Federal, use the form above to order a new card. (Don’t have a checking account? Sign up here.)

If your Cooperative Federal VISA card is lost or stolen, you should immediately cancel your card and order a new one.

  • During normal business hours, call Member Services at (315) 473-0220.
  • For 24/7 assistance, first block your card by calling (800) 453-4270 (or if you are calling from outside the United States, call 727-570-4881). Then, during normal business hours, please contact us to complete the cancellation and reorder process.

ISA cards are automatically reissued during the month of expiration. For example, if your card is expiring on 1/31, you will receive a new card in the middle of January.

HINT: Make sure your address is up to date! You can review and update your information in Online Banking.

To replace a card that is not yet expiring, please send us a message with your name and phone number (do not include your account number) and a member service rep will get back to you with a secure order form.

Whether traveling across the country or around the world, you and your family are automatically covered by no cost Travel Accident Insurance when you use your Cooperative Federal debit card to purchase travel tickets. Use the card to purchase tickets on any common carrier - air, land or sea - and you're covered in the event of an accident or loss.

Verified by VISA protects your existing VISA card with a password you create, giving you assurance that only you can use your VISA card online. To sign up for this protection, visit VISA’s secure site.

Common Cents: Community Rewards
