Getting Started

  1. Dial 888-584-0224 (Toll Free) or 315-671-CASH (2274). Listen to the prompts to select English (option 1) or Spanish (option 2).
  2. Enter your 10-digit Member Number.
    • Effective 3/4/2024, all Cooperative Federal members have NEW Member Numbers (Account Numbers). Your 10-digit number starts with a “1” and ends with your old member number (1 to 5 digits), with zeros in between. For example, if your old member number was 54321, your new member number is 1000054321.
    • Use an account where you are the PRIMARY owner.
    • If you are a JOINT member on the account (not a primary owner), call us at 315-471-1116 for a unique login number.
  3. Dial * to enroll and set up your PIN.
  4. Enter your Tax ID. If you do not have a Tax ID, contact Member Services at 315-473-0220 or [email protected].
    • For a personal account, enter your SSN or ITIN.
    • For a business account, enter the business EIN.
  5. Next,
    • for a personal account, enter your Date of Birth.
    • for a business account, enter the Zip code for your business address.
  6. Set up your PIN. Your PIN should be 6 digits, and it cannot repeat the same number more than 3 times or have more than 3 sequential numbers.
  7. You're in! Welcome to Phone Banking.

How do I enroll in Phone Banking?
See “Getting Started” above for step-by-step instructions on how to enroll as a primary account owner, joint account owner, business owner or business.

How do I reset my PIN?
Dial 888-584-0224 (Toll Free) or 315-671-CASH (2274), enter your account number, and then dial * to reset your PIN.

  • Your PIN should be 6 digits. For security reasons, your PIN cannot repeat the same number more than 3 times or have more than 3 sequential numbers. Avoid using easily guessed PINs, like a Date of Birth.

  • If you do not have a SSN or ITIN, please call us to reset your PIN.

How do I set up my language preference?
Dial 888-584-0224 (Toll Free) or 315-671-CASH (2274), enter your account number, enter your PIN, choose More Options from the Menu, and then dial 7 to Set Up Preferences.

What accounts can I access?
When you enroll a:

  • personal account, you can access all accounts and loans where you are the primary owner or a joint member, including business accounts (if applicable).
  • business account, you can access all the business accounts and loans that the business owns.

Why is one of my accounts or loans not listed?
Please contact us, and we will make sure the account or loan is properly linked.

Why am I unable to make transfers on certain accounts or loans?
There may be restrictions on accounts that are dormant due to inactivity. You can make a transfer by speaking to a representative or coming to the branch. Once a transaction is posted, the account will be "active" again.
