HUD-approved Counseling with'Home Base'
Home Base is Cooperative Federal's HUD-approved Housing Counseling Program. Through this program, we provide education and advising around issues that face potential, new and current homeowners.

We provide comprehensive foreclosure prevention services, including connections to legal services. Cooperative Federal is a member of the Foreclosure Prevention Coalition, composed of Syracuse area HUD-approved counseling agencies.
