Updated Office Hours - Temporary Changes during COVID-19 Social Distancing

Effective March 18, 2020 through June 7, 2020

In response to the COVID-19 situation, Cooperative Federal will temporarily change our office hours as follows.

Credit Union Lobbies (Member Services) - Schedule by DAY

Update: we will return to normal branch hours beginning June 8, 2020. For updates, come back to www.coopfed.org or follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

ATMs and secure deposit Dropboxes are available at multiple locations outside of branch hours. You can also use our self service options any time, including Web Teller, Phone Teller, Mobile App, Remote Check Deposit (using the app), and Online Bill Pay (though Web Teller) - give us a call at (315) 473-0220 for assistance.

Update: In-person appointments will become available with some staff members, on a limited basis, beginning June 8, 2020. 

All departments other than Member Services have temporarily transitioned off-site. Assistance and appointments are available by phone, email, and web conference. Please use the directory to reach out.

The adjusted office hours will help ensure that Cooperative Federal can continue meeting our members' needs while also minimizing exposure to COVID-19 -- safeguarding the health our of staff, our members, and the community at large.
