Using cash transfer apps? Getting ready to move? Please review these notices and friendly reminders from the Member Service team.
When you visit Coop Fed offices, please bring valid, government issued photo ID. For the security of our members, we are required to verify the identity of all members prior to performing account transactions or providing account information.
Cash Withdrawal Limit
Cooperative Federal has a $2,500 limit for daily cash withdrawals.
If you need to arrange a larger transaction, please call us 2-3 business days in advance.
Are you moving? Please remember to give us your updated mailing address!
Ask a Member Services Representative for an Address Update Form. Address updates must be completed in writing (in the lobby, by mail with original signature, or through Web Teller). To receive a blank form by email, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Money Transfer Apps
Are you using your Coop Fed account with money transfer apps? Please be aware that transactions using Cash App, Venmo, Paypal, and other third party apps take 2-3 businesses days (even if you select the “instant” option).
For requests related to Wire transactions, please have the following information available for the originating and destination accounts:
- Customer Name
- Financial Institution Name & Contact Info
- Routing Number
- Account Number
If you wish to perform transactions another person’s credit union account, please make arrangements to become a joint owner by appearing at the credit union in person with the primary account owner(s).
For the security of our members, we can no longer make exceptions regarding access to accounts that an individual does not own. Only deposits will be accepted on other members' accounts.
