Service Upgrades Coming March 4!

Our new year's resolution is to make improvements for you. 

Cooperative Federal is getting ready to launch a major upgrade to our "core system" software, effective March 4, 2024. In addition to many behind-the-scenes improvements, CoopFed members will notice several big changes:

  • New platforms for online and mobile banking
  • Easier access to eStatements
  • Expanded options for paperless banking, including digital receipts and electronic notices
  • And more ... !

In with the new! Here is a guide to help you know what to expect when our service upgrades go live.

Closures and Service Alerts

  • Monday 2/19 through Sunday 3/3: Mobile App Downloads Affected.
    • Android and Apple mobile apps will work, but new downloads and (re)installs won’t be available.
  • Thursday 2/29: Deposits Affected.
    • Mobile check deposit UNAVAILABLE beginning at 1:00 pm (service will resume on Monday 3/4)
    • Direct deposits received before 6PM Thursday will be processed Thursday evening.
    • ATM deposits made after 6 PM won’t show until Monday 3/4.
  • Friday 3/1 and Saturday 3/2: All Branches CLOSED.
    • Please plan ahead!
  • Friday 3/1 through Sunday 3/3: Self-Service Unavailable - beginning at 5 PM on THURSDAY 2/29!
    • No access to online, mobile, or phone banking, and no access to Message Pay.
  • Friday 3/1 through Sunday 3/3: VISA and ACH transactions affected - beginning at 7 PM on THURSDAY 2/29!
    • ACH Credits (like VISA returns and CashApp) won’t show until 3/4.
    • Intermittent outages may affect VISA transactions.
