With Phone Teller, you can get account information and perform transactions by phone, at any time or day of the week!
To use the Phone Teller, call the 671-CASH (2274) and follow the prompts.
To sign in, you need your account number and an access code.
Account Number If you do not know your account number, you can find it on your statement: for example, 1/2020.0 would be 2020 and 1/0123.0 would be 123.
Access Code Your inital access code will be the first 5 numbers of the Taxpayer ID (Social Security Number, EIN, or ITIN) of the primary accountholder.
The Credit Union asks that you change your code after your initial log in. After you sign in the first time, immediately press 8 to change your access code.
